Teresa Van Haalen Teresa brings almost 40 years of educational leadership to her work with schools and corporations. She was Director of Teaching and Learning for the Washington Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and most recently served as Curriculum Director in the Mount Vernon School District. Previous experiences include adapting curriculum for satellite broadcasts to K-12 schools around the world and working with schools as a trainer to trainers and in sales to deploy popular digital curriculum for Lightspan, Inc. Teresa holds an earned doctorate in curriculum and instruction from the University of Houston. She is a consultant with Red Dog Interactive, Inc., and is a supervisor for intern teachers through Western Washington University.
